About the Senior Human Capital Data Analyst Role

Synertex LLC is looking for a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst to work with a Government Intelligence Community client in McLean, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and offers immediate hire.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce data including hiring, retention, attrition, and mobility metrics.
  • Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products.
  • Assist in development of position description libraries.
  • Administer relational databases and integrate disparate raw data sets.
  • Assist with survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies.
  • Communicate technical findings through visual and written narratives.
  • Manage HR data and conduct comprehensive analysis.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of data analysis experience or 12 years without a degree. Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Proficiency in tools such as Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, VBA along with experience in data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI is required.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with tools including Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, and specialized systems (Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson) along with workforce analytics experience.
