Job Responsibilities

• Understand trial protocols, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with research team and Principal Investigator.
• Maintain accurate and confidential trial documentation per GCP.
• Attend initiation visits and essential meetings.
• Coordinate and complete subject trial visits on- and off-site.
• Administer trial medication and manage its safe storage and dispatch.
• Assist with patient recruitment and eligibility screening.
• Report adverse events accurately and support follow-up actions.
• Report any suspected misconduct.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with minimum 2 years post qualification.
• Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification.
• Knowledge in clinical nursing skills such as venepuncture and ECG is preferable.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Competency in common computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $60-70/hr. Salary Range: $67,700.00 - $115,100.00 annually, based on candidate qualifications. Benefits may include a company car/allowance, health benefits, 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan eligibility, performance commissions/bonuses, and flexible paid time off.
