Job Summary

An Associate Account Manager is a program/project team member in the Global Risk Management and Full-Service REMS (GRMR) Business. The role supports identifying client needs, designing solutions, managing client deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering client contracts on time, within budget, and scope. This position supports primary program account managers in GRMR core team operations.

Job Responsibilities

Productivity:

  • Builds positive working relationships with clients, staff, and leadership.
  • Achieves billable utilization and managed book targets.
  • Contributes to program engagements and internal initiatives.
  • Manages heavy workloads and competing responsibilities.

Delivery:

  • Leads projects with cross-functional involvement and supervises supporting functional areas.
  • Acts as primary customer contact for GRMR programs and oversees day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinates with teams to design, manage, and execute client engagements.
  • Manages program scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Prepares, attends, and facilitates client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensures compliance with SOPs and maintains audit-ready documentation.
  • Escalates issues and supports problem solving with creative, data-driven ideas.
  • Communicates regularly with leadership and manages up regarding project status.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/life sciences or relevant project management certification.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong time management and meeting facilitation skills.

The position offers an annual base salary between $90,950 and $107,000 with potential eligibility for commissions or bonuses.
