Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Synectics Inc.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of cases efficiently.
- Liaise effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claims representatives to obtain necessary authorizations for client medications, treatments, and surgeries.
- Draft routine legal documents including motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Prepare and compile necessary documentation (specials) for insurance carriers.
- Request and organize clients' itemized bills and medical records.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
