Role Overview: Senior Director, Revenue Operations
In this role, you will shape and execute our commercial strategy by optimizing processes, forecasting, managing commercial business systems, controlling expenses, and overseeing P&L. Your strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong leadership will drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Operation and Strategy Execution: Develop strategies to boost revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and customer success.
- Commercial Operations & Forecasting: Optimize processes, manage CRM and pipeline forecasting, and communicate insights to leadership.
- Quota and Commission Plan Design: Design commission structures in collaboration with Accounting.
- Data & Performance Analytics: Set KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Commercial Systems Ownership: Lead CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement, marketing automation, and BI platforms strategy.
- Expense & P&L Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and commercial P&L management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team and lead change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in revenue, sales or commercial operations with 5+ years in management.
- Expertise in B2B subscription software and services, GTM strategy, sales processes, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Proven track record with commercial budgets and P&L responsibilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and some travel required.
Compensation & Benefits
Budgeted salary range: $200,000—$220,000 USD. This position is bonus eligible. Full-time U.S. based employees enjoy competitive health benefits, PTO, disability coverages, parental leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
