The Opportunity
As an Associate Account Executive, you will support emerging Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts, conduct live product demos, manage a high-volume sales pipeline, attend trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline from discovery to close.
- Represent Syncro at industry events and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate opportunity notes and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and platform knowledge.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS sales or business development role.
- High-energy, coachable, proactive mindset with passion for learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
Interview Process
Expect the process to include an initial Zoom call with HR, a hiring manager interview, an AE panel, a CRO interview, and a final in-person interview (travel expenses covered). A background and identity screening will also be conducted.
