Role Summary

The AVP, Customer Data Platform Analyst is responsible for ensuring the daily operation and health of the customer data platform. The role involves technical design and configuration of data architecture, integration of multiple data sources, and support of ETL processes, all within a broad marketing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer data platform operations and health.
  • Assist with data architecture design and identity resolution logic.
  • Integrate 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and support ETL processes including data cleansing and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data strategy and implementations.
  • Provide technical feedback to enhance the overall MarTech stack.

Required Skills/Knowledge

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, IT, Engineering, or Data Analytics, with extensive experience in data integration, SQL, Python, and digital marketing technology. Experience with customer data platforms and API integrations is essential.

Desired Skills/Knowledge

  • Expertise with API/Webhook integrations, JavaScript tags, and tag management.
  • Experience in designing complex data models and multi-platform ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data management practices and governance.
  • Familiarity with SnowFlake, Kafka, Splunk, and Gen AI applications.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CPRA.

Work Timings & Eligibility

Work timings are 2 PM to 11 PM IST. Internal applicants must ensure updated profiles and resumes. Eligible candidates include L9+ employees meeting specific tenure criteria.
