Job Description
Position Overview
The Business Analyst - BI & AI supports the implementation of Cloud Analytics and AI projects for MOH and Public Healthcare entities and agencies.
Role & Responsibilities
The role involves gathering business requirements, conducting systems impact analysis, and supporting cloud datawarehousing, BI, and AI projects. You will be accountable for:
- Gathering business requirements and analyzing system impacts.
- Providing ongoing application support and resolving production issues.
- Conducting user requirement analysis for system implementations and enhancements.
- Evaluating solutions and recommending improvements.
- Participating in system integration and user acceptance testing phases.
- Coordinating end-user training sessions.
- Liaising with both business users and external vendors.
- Documenting project requirements and tracking project progress.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in Datawarehousing, BI, Analytics, or AI projects.
- Preferably experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of business processes.
- Familiarity with all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and an end-user focus.
- Technical skills in Databricks, IDMC, AWS, SQL, Python scripting, and optionally Informatica Powercenter or OBIEE/Tableau.
