Integration Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Specialist to join our Global team.
What Are We Looking For?
As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our portfolio of valuable clients and account teams through configuration and updating of integrations into our proprietary job distribution technology. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, effective communicator with real problem-solving savvy, who knows how to support the complexity of our clients’ needs – and the complexity of our business.

You have strong interpersonal skills, happy to engage in cross-functional team work between customers, technical support and engineering. You are organized, have great attention to detail and naturally want to help customers. You have a strong desire to investigate issues until you find the solution.
You will be responsible for maintaining and providing support for application issues and requests as well as resolving operational and user-issues for Symphony Talent clients. The Integration Specialist will work on requests including but not limited to troubleshooting, backend data mapping via our internal admin tools, configuration audits, error analysis and application service performance analysis.
Key Deliverables
- Create, update and support integration processes for customers integrating with various ATS.
- Create, update and support Job Distribution feeds to Job Board vendors.
- Participate in discussions with clients and colleagues relative to specific issues and concerns, including resolution paths, best practices, knowledge transfer, projects, and next steps.
As a member of our Global Integrations team, you will also:
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction with the integration process.
- Assist clients with end to end testing of client integrations.
- Properly prioritize the client implementations, updates and support cases that you are assigned.
- Continuously look for opportunities to optimize processes and solutions.
- Monitor integrations to ensure that they are working as expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a client support, customer service, or technology environment.
- Experience supporting clients and following established service processes.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, including communicating directly with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues and escalate when appropriate.
- Demonstrates persistence in working through challenges to reach resolution.
- Curious, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and solid time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with guidance in a deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Ability to review data for accuracy and identify potential inconsistencies.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with appropriate support and direction.
- Willingness to follow Symphony Talent technical standards, policies, and procedures.
Desired Criteria
- Exposure to structured data formats such as XML or JSON (coursework or hands-on experience acceptable).
- Experience supporting customers in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
- Exposure to enterprise software environments.
- Basic understanding of recruitment marketing, assessments, or ATS processes.
- Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and experience using Enterprise ChatGPT in a work environment.
