Role Overview - Climate Solutions Engagement Lead

This role leads client projects within the Applied Solutions function, ensuring operational excellence, building trusted client relationships and aligning internal teams for measurable climate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute climate-focused consulting projects.
  • Manage project tracking, documentation, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Foster and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and remove project blockers.
  • Innovate using early applications of AI and automation.
  • Translate complex climate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage scope, expectations and scale solutions to drive impact.

About You

You bring 5+ years of project management experience, analytical prowess, strong communications and a passion for driving climate impact. Prior exposure to geospatial analysis or techno-economic analysis is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in London, Old Street, with a hybrid model requiring in-office attendance 2-3 days per week.
