Overview
Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, Australia’s largest paediatric health care entity, is seeking a Research Office Administration Officer. This full time temporary role (until 23 November 2026) supports the Research Directorate by managing a broad range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions for the Research Directorate.
- Collaborate with the Research Business Manager, Research Executive, and administrative staff.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and effective operations in Kids Research (KR).
- Utilize advanced skills in hospital programs and Microsoft Office tools.
- Support senior management with high level administrative services.
About You
The ideal candidate has administrative experience in a health environment, is proficient with software such as ROB, Patient Management, Oracle, HealthRoster and Microsoft Office, and has demonstrated success in supporting senior managers.
