About the Role

The Adolescent Medicine Administration Officer is a frontline role in the Department of Adolescent Medicine at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network. This position is responsible for welcoming patients, families, visitors and external stakeholders, handling a high volume of calls and messages, and providing administrative support to medical, allied health, and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, families, and visitors.
  • Handle high volume incoming calls and forward messages.
  • Provide administrative support to medical and allied health staff.
  • Coordinate specialty clinics such as Complex Adolescent Clinic, Eating Disorders, and others.
  • Ensure accurate outpatient details in Patient Management and adherence to Medicare guidelines.
