Customer Service Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Your Future Responsibilities

As an ERP Consultant in Customer Service within the Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 environment, focusing on financial accounting, fixed assets, and cost accounting, you will support us in national and international support projects. Your primary focus will be on advising clients and mapping their requirements within the ERP software solution Dynamics AX or D365. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, conceiving solutions, and implementing customer requirements. Analyzing and troubleshooting support cases will round off your diverse range of tasks.

Your Profile

You have successfully completed commercial/tax-related training or a business administration degree. You bring several years of project experience in an ERP system with a focus on Finance. Furthermore, you have experience as a consultant, key user, or IT manager – experience in (partial) project management is advantageous. Industry knowledge from the manufacturing industry or trade is desirable. A high degree of initiative, analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills are among your strengths. You are cooperative, enjoy working in a team, and are characterized by a dedicated, independent, and consistently service and solution-oriented work ethic. Very good German and good English language skills, along with a willingness to travel approximately 20%, complete your profile at Sycor.
