About the Role
The Training Manager is responsible for leading the global customer training strategy at Swooped, managing a distributed team of trainers, and owning the development and delivery of multilingual training content. This role collaborates closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales teams to empower customers with the knowledge to adopt and succeed with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate, develop, and manage engaging adoption and enablement content.
- Own lifecycle and upkeep of LMS hosted content with updates and localization.
- Lead and scale a global training team with focus on metrics and development.
- Coordinate translation and localization for multilingual training delivery.
- Establish scalable processes for live and asynchronous training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with product updates and support trends.
- Define and monitor success metrics for training engagement.
- Advocate continuous improvement in training tools and methods.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design within SaaS/tech.
- 2+ years managing a global training team or enablement function.
- Experience with LMS-based training programs (e.g., Docebo, SAP Litmos).
- Background in content creation for diverse formats and multilingual audiences.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructional design certifications (e.g., CPLP, APTD, ATD).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT/SaaS product environments.
- Experience with knowledge management platforms and video-based learning.
- Background in adult learning theory or user adoption strategies.

This position is 100% remote with a hybrid schedule option for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area.
