About the Role

The Training Manager at Swooped will lead the global customer training strategy, manage a distributed team of trainers, and own the creation and delivery of engaging content across multiple languages. The role works closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales teams to empower customers with the necessary skills to adopt and succeed using the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage engaging training content for various audiences.
  • Maintain and update content on the LMS ensuring localization.
  • Lead and scale a global training team while tracking performance metrics.
  • Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product updates.
  • Monitor training engagement metrics and drive process improvements.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have 5+ years in customer education or instructional design in a SaaS/tech environment and 2+ years managing global training teams. Experience with LMS platforms, multilingual training delivery, and excellent project management skills is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also required with instructional design certifications and cybersecurity familiarity as preferred.
