About Senior Technical Program Manager

About The Role
The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for developing exceptional customer and merchant products. As products scale in complexity, program management practices need to scale accordingly. This role partners with Product and Engineering teams to develop frameworks for building quality software while evaluating new technologies to drive potential features and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs.
- Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders for full program lifecycle.
- Understand technical architecture and propose effective alternatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements and manage risks.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to upper management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years managing technical programs.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management across various functions.
- Proven capability in driving complex technology applications and backend systems.
