About The Role
This role is for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager. You will oversee high-visibility programs, streamline processes, and develop frameworks that build quality software while evaluating new technology to drive innovative features and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs.
- Coordinate across engineering teams and stakeholders through the program lifecycle.
- Understand architecture-level technical implementation and propose alternatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to manage requirements, risks, and schedules.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies and communicate status to upper management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managing technical programs.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and remote-friendly culture experience.
