About the Role
Swooped is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for developing exceptional customer and merchant products. This role will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement effective program management practices as products scale in complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs.
- Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Manage program schedules and communicate with upper management.
- Evaluate technical alternatives and propose improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years managing technical programs.
- Experience in stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.
