About the Role

The Senior Manager, Operations Enablement at Swooped will lead a new team focused on training, onboarding, and content strategies for a 200+ person Operations group. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, you will manage a team of 6–8 enablement professionals and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement scalable solutions to improve performance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals including instructional designers, trainers, and content strategists.
  • Create and implement a unified enablement strategy with Operations leaders.
  • Own the end-to-end Operations enablement lifecycle with goal setting and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate product, policy, and organizational changes into effective enablement plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Learning and Development to align enablement with corporate strategies.
  • Motivate the team to support broad education initiatives across Operations.

Required Qualifications

You should have 6–8 years of experience in learning & development and/or enablement, with people management experience and a track record in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with content management and learning management software like Guru, Docebo, and Articulate 360 is essential. Passion for mental health and DE&I, combined with exceptional project management and communication skills, is critical.
