About the Role
The Senior Manager, Operations Enablement will lead a new team focused on training, onboarding, and content strategies for a 200+ person Operations group. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, you will manage 6–8 enablement professionals, partner closely with cross-functional leaders, and implement scalable solutions to improve performance and support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 enablement professionals.
- Partner with Operations leaders to create strategy and roadmap.
- Own the Operations enablement lifecycle, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Translate changes into effective enablement plans and documentation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives alongside Learning and Development.
- Motivate the team to embrace a strong learning culture.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in learning & development or enablement.
- Prior people management and team leadership experience.
- Expertise with content and learning management software like Guru, Docebo, and Articulate 360.
- Relentlessly organized with exceptional project management skills.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to DE&I.
- Experience designing scalable solutions for large or distributed teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
