The Role: Senior Manager Change Management

The Senior Manager Change Management will be a strategic and highly influential individual, tasked with spearheading transformational change strategies for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within the go-to-market (GTM) and operating model landscapes. This role is perfect for a senior individual contributor who excels in complex environments, adeptly navigates ambiguity, and is driven by the passion to convert strategic visions into sustainable organizational change. It encompasses comprehensive cross-functional transformation and communications leadership.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in the United United States, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management strategy for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, translating business objectives into clear behavioral, process, and organizational shifts.
  • Identify critical change impacts early, meticulously mapping stakeholder risk, alignment gaps, and potential areas of resistance across various functions.
  • Own program-level communications, encompassing executive updates, leadership presentations, cross-functional announcements, and compelling launch narratives.
  • Connect change across concurrent programs, identifying overlapping impacts on teams and strategically sequencing communications to minimize friction and prevent change fatigue.
  • Proactively surface and mitigate change risks, collaborating closely with senior leaders to resolve organizational or behavioral barriers.
  • Partner with Enablement and GTM Systems teams to ensure that training, messaging, and adoption signals are fully aligned with the overarching change strategy.
  • Build and standardize scalable change practices, including the development of reusable playbooks, templates, and robust transformation governance mechanisms.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional change in complex commercial, GTM, or operating environments within a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change for operating model, systems, or process transformations that impact multiple business functions.
  • Highly structured thinker with a strong analytical mind, capable of identifying critical change impacts and connecting insights across programs and organizational boundaries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in crafting executive-level messaging and impactful presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills, evidenced by a successful track record of aligning diverse teams and senior leaders.
  • Comfortable operating effectively in ambiguous situations while balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling technology environments is preferred.

Compensation
