About the Role

This role for a Senior Growth Marketer - Lifecycle & Automation is focused on building and scaling a marketing automation engine to engage, nurture, and convert potential prospects into customers through automated lifecycle journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design automated nurture emails and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Create segmented engagement programs and outbound sequences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps for workflow alignment.
  • Maintain marketing database hygiene and optimize list segmentation.
  • Experiment with automated strategies and measure performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation roles in B2B SaaS, media, or tech.
  • Expertise in email marketing and copywriting.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and using AI to scale efforts.
  • Strong grasp of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on experiment design and performance measurement.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach in building scalable systems.
