About the Role
This role for a Senior Growth Marketer - Lifecycle & Automation is focused on building and scaling a marketing automation engine to engage, nurture, and convert potential prospects into customers through automated lifecycle journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design automated nurture emails and lifecycle campaigns.
- Create segmented engagement programs and outbound sequences.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps for workflow alignment.
- Maintain marketing database hygiene and optimize list segmentation.
- Experiment with automated strategies and measure performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation roles in B2B SaaS, media, or tech.
- Expertise in email marketing and copywriting.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and using AI to scale efforts.
- Strong grasp of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on experiment design and performance measurement.
- Collaborative and proactive approach in building scalable systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales engagement tools.
