Job Description
About Our Client
The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy, and much of it still runs on outdated processes. Our client is transforming this by powering 20% of all real estate closings with its innovative platform, and it's just getting started.
They design workflow software and AI-driven automation that seamlessly connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors. This eliminates friction, reduces risk, and delivers a faster, simpler closing experience for every borrower. Their diverse customer base ranges from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies, all trusting the organization to solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.
Our client is backed by prominent investors including Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, demonstrating a commitment to long-term growth and impact.
About The Role: Senior Executive Operations Partner
As a Senior Executive Operations Partner, you will be supporting leaders within the Go-To-Market function, operating at the critical intersection of revenue, customers, regulators, partners, and internal teams. In this fast-paced environment, executive calendars are dense, priorities shift rapidly, and time is one of the most constrained resources within the organization.
Your primary purpose is to protect, optimize, and strategically deploy executive time, while acting as a force multiplier across logistics, workflows, and decision-making. This position offers high autonomy, requiring you to anticipate needs proactively and design systems that reduce friction for both executives and the broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a demanding role that calls for an individual who can make judgment calls and operate as a true partner to experienced leaders and the Executive Support Manager, leading within their lane. Success hinges on anticipation and initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar & Time Management
- Own and actively manage complex, high-volume executive calendars with overlapping priorities.
- Make daily judgment-based tradeoffs regarding scheduling: what moves, what stays, and what should never have been scheduled.
- Anticipate critical periods like travel, board meetings, conferences, deal cycles, and regulatory moments, proactively rebalancing time accordingly.
- Prepare executives thoroughly for meetings by providing clear context, necessary materials, stakeholder information, and desired outcomes.
- Act as a confident gatekeeper, saying “no” on behalf of leaders when appropriate, and knowing when to escalate versus making independent decisions.
Complex Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate frequent domestic travel end-to-end, including managing contingencies and making real-time adjustments.
- Build realistic schedules that strategically sequence meetings and events, allowing for preparation, mitigating fatigue, and ensuring timely stakeholder engagement.
- Shield leaders from disruption by owning all travel details when plans change.
Event Planning
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for team offsites and contribute to select company-wide events, managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and onsite logistics.
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders, their teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure events and agendas are well-sequenced, aligned with priorities, and run smoothly.
- Capture learnings from events to continuously improve execution processes.
Operational Ownership
- Fully own expenses, reimbursements, invoices, and administrative workflows, requiring no reminders.
- Handle document preparation, slide updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups with clarity and efficiency.
- Track action items from key meetings and proactively drive follow-through to prevent work from stalling.
Executive Partner & Systems Builder
- Act as a trusted thought partner on prioritization, workflow, and operating rhythm.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Support Manager to design and evolve systems that enhance SLT effectiveness.
- Identify patterns, risks, and inefficiencies across calendars, meetings, and workflows.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive business, revenue, and and regulatory information.
Required Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP+) in fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously in high-stakes, ambiguous settings.
- Exceptional calendar strategy skills, including prioritization, time optimization, and sound judgment, beyond mere scheduling.
- Clear, confident, and proactive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and represent leaders effectively.
- Strong judgment, business acumen, and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong systems and process mindset, with experience in building repeatable workflows, cadences, and meeting hygiene.
- Experience owning team offsites and executive events from end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting revenue, go-to-market, or regulatory leaders.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, and Zoom.
- Experience supporting executives who travel frequently and operate across different time zones.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Executives feel less reactive and more focused.
- Calendars accurately reflect true priorities and business cadence.
- Travel, logistics, and administration function seamlessly with minimal executive involvement.
- Leaders trust you to represent them, make decisions, and keep work moving forward.
- The SLT operates with greater clarity, efficiency, and rhythm as a direct result of your systems.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is determined by work location and falls into one of the organization's geographic compensation zones:
- Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle Metro, New York City): $120,000 – $150,000
- Zone 2 (All other U.S. locations): $105,000 – $131,000
Where an individual lands within the range depends on their experience, skills, and how they will make an impact in the role. In addition to base salary, this position includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
Why This Role
Our client is dedicated to transforming one of the world's most critical and complex industries. This mission demands a team that is curious, driven, thoughtful, and practical. The organization deeply values product discipline, clear reasoning, deep ownership of outcomes (not just tasks), straightforward and honest communication, and empathy for its software users.
Join the Team
Our client is actively expanding its product suite and the network it connects. To achieve this, they need individuals who are excited by complexity, energized by scale, and motivated to make a tangible dent in how the mortgage ecosystem operates. To support its team, the organization offers a comprehensive and thoughtful benefits package for all full-time employees, including excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with up to 4% company match, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, flexible paid vacation time off + 10 sick days for exempt roles (generous accrued paid vacation time off + 10 sick days for non-exempt roles), summer & winter breaks (~1-week each) + 9 holidays per year, healthcare and dependent care FSA, HSA employer contribution ($75-150 for individuals, $150-$250 for families), $15K family building benefit (lifetime limit), life and disability insurance, and a $1,500 annual lifestyle stipend to support well-being.
