About the Role
The Sales Development Representative at Swooped is the initial point of contact for many prospective nonprofit customers. In this role, you will expand the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads, using your passion for technology for good in a dynamic startup environment. You will support mission-driven organizations in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other databases.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about Swooped's features, customer success stories, and the nonprofit fundraising landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role; SaaS or nonprofit tech experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets.
- Experience using a CRM and working collaboratively with teams.

Compensation
