About the Role

The Proposal & Technical Writer is responsible for producing compelling proposals that win work. The role involves translating complex technical solutions into persuasive narratives that highlight the organization’s value in competitive procurements.

  • Own end-to-end proposal writing aligned with win themes and RFP requirements.
  • Self-edit content for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice alignment.
  • Create foundational content such as case studies, blog posts, and capability statements.
  • Attend project demos and debriefs to extract insights for compelling stories.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing to refine drafts and build a content library.

  • Technical writing proficiency
