About the Role

The Proposal & Technical Writer is responsible for producing compelling proposals that win work. You will translate complex technical solutions into clear narratives that demonstrate the organization's unique value. In this role, you will refine the proposal function by developing processes, strengthening content libraries, and establishing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end writing of proposal content aligned with win themes and RFP requirements.
• Self-edit content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Develop foundational content including case studies, blog posts, and capability statements.
• Attend demos and debriefs to translate technical work into compelling stories.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing to build and refine a content library.
• Identify gaps in the library and recommend process improvements.

Essential Competencies

Strong technical writing skills, audience awareness for both technical and non-technical readers, and the ability to collaborate across teams under tight deadlines. (Nice to have) Knowledge of standard proposal development methodologies.
