About The Role

Swooped is seeking a Project Manager Healthcare to lead the development and implementation of project management and Agile delivery for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology implementations. This position is crucial for ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project management including scope, planning, risk, and issue management.
  • Implement Agile framework and Scaling Up Processes/People in delivery.
  • Report to leadership on OKRs and KPIs.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage projects according to Contract/Service Orders.
  • Translate customer business/technical needs into clear requirements.
  • Create project/release/sprint plans and present to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.
  • Document deliverables such as Project Charter, Gantt charts, and Lessons Learned.
  • Implement risk/issue management processes while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and publish status reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Manage resource capacity, internal/customer meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Oversee transition to production support and track production tickets.
  • Track and produce key KPIs/OKRs/metrics.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, retrospective, and demo.
  • Act as a knowledge source for project management and Agile practices.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years project management experience and 3+ years in business analysis.
  • Background in Computer Science or Engineering and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with government projects and healthcare data standards (CCDA, HL7).
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
