About The Project Coordinator Role
As a Project Coordinator within the Marketing Services Team, you will assist with multiple CRM marketing projects concurrently. This role involves significant collaboration with strategy, creative, and email production teams, combining strong project management with internal team interactions. You will gain valuable exposure working with a diverse portfolio of startup and marquee brands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Project Coordinators will work closely with Customer Success Managers, acting as a crucial link between clients and the internal team. Your efforts will ensure projects remain on track, deliverables are met, and deadlines are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage all assigned project resources, ensuring deadlines are consistently met with accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Support Customer Success Managers by customizing project deliverables and timelines, managing communications with both the CSM and clients.
- Participate actively in all internal meetings, ensuring client requests are thoroughly ticketed with sufficient information and addressing team questions.
- Track all tasks diligently within the project management tool, collaborating with the internal team for optimal resourcing and on-time asset delivery.
- Proactively identify and address any roadblocks hindering project delivery, partnering with the team to find effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a dedicated project management role.
- 1+ years of experience working with a marketing team or serving marketing clients.
- Demonstrated strong project management and accountability skills, ensuring project goals are met at every stage.
- Experience routing feedback and assets efficiently between various stakeholders.
- A proven track record of excellent communication with both internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with marketing programs and methods, including marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, and results interpretation, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Superior written communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and professional email etiquette.
- A positive, friendly demeanor, thriving as a people person in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, capable of thoroughly reviewing documents, extracting information, and breaking it down into actionable tasks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Trello.
- Experience working cross-functionally within an organization comprising multiple teams.
- A self-starter with strong motivation and initiative.
