About The Product Manager Role
Swooped is hiring a Product Manager to execute and deliver high-impact consumer experiences that help users save money, improve comfort, and increase resilience—without needing energy expertise. This role focuses on building and improving user-facing products within evolving problem spaces. The Product Manager will drive discovery, conduct lightweight analysis, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into well-scoped, actionable product work. You will move quickly, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and lead features from concept through launch and iteration.
The role requires close coordination with engineering, design, analytics, operations, partnerships, and external OEM partners to ensure successful integrations and alignment between partner requirements and consumer needs. It is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity suited for a Product Manager looking to grow while helping scale foundational consumer and partner-enabled product experiences during a period of rapid expansion.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of specific Home Opportunities from the broader roadmap, working closely with product management, design, ops, legal, and external partners.
- Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and execution, delivering consumer experiences that help users save in new ways.
- Translate partner requirements into clear consumer-facing product needs and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, intuitive features.
- Support scalable patterns and components that accelerate the delivery of future home opportunities.
Cross-Functional Planning & Alignment
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to ensure clarity around priorities and dependencies for assigned work.
- Help maintain strong cross-functional alignment as partner demand accelerates.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years Product Management experience shipping consumer-facing experiences (B2C or B2B2C).
- Experience driving cross-functional execution with engineering, design, analytics, external partners, and operations.
- Familiarity with partner-integrated or partner-driven product requirements.
- Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
- Background in energy services is preferred.
- Experience building 0 to 1 products or features is preferred.
- Experience building AI- or data-powered features is preferred.

- A full-time position, with a competitive salary based on experience. The base salary for this role is: $140k - $170k.
