About Principal Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Selectively lead key large cross-product programs ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Follow the Program Operating Model to drive delivery with ownership and predictability.
  • Evaluate and suggest processes to mitigate potential issues.
  • Coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management practices.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and open communication.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Regularly review and redefine KPIs to measure project success.
  • Develop and deliver Jira and Atlassian Analytics dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, preferably security industry.
  • 7+ years using Jira, Jira Dashboards, and BI/Analytics Tools (JQL, SQL).
  • 5-7 years as a former software developer.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex ideas and drive global projects.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and risk management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle.

Additional Information

This role is based remotely in the U.S. and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Delivery. It offers a competitive salary, attractive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Unlimited PTO, and more. The base pay range varies based on candidate location.
