Key Responsibilities

  • Selectively lead large cross-product programs ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Utilize the Program Operating Model to drive delivery with ownership and predictability.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to mitigate project risks.
  • Coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management practices.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and open communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to prepare for scale.
  • Review and redefine key performance indicators to measure project success.
  • Develop and deliver Jira & Atlassian Analytics dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, preferably in security.
  • 7+ years of experience using Jira, Jira Dashboards, and BI/Analytics tools (JQL, SQL).
  • 5-7 years of prior experience as a software developer.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex ideas and manage global, diverse teams.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and risk mitigation processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Skilled at utilizing data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.

Additional Information

This role is remote within the U.S. and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Delivery.
