About the Role
The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing operational components of Swooped's dynamic platform. This includes catalog maintenance, data entry for pricing updates, working with large datasets, conducting pricing analyses, and optimizing website interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimize large sets of vendor data.
- Perform data entry for pricing updates and new product uploads.
- Conduct pricing and compliance audits using extensive data.
- Monitor compliance with contractual commitments.
- Optimize catalog UI and perform ad-hoc financial analyses.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:
- 0-2 years of operations experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data proficiency with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- A collaborative and positive attitude.
