About the Role

The organization is looking for a Manager, Creative Services to lead its creative vision across brand, campaigns, content, and go-to-market moments. This role sits at the center of how the organization's story shows up in the world — translating strategy, narrative, and AI innovation into bold, clear, high-impact creative that moves the market and drives pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running a modern, in-house creative engine that blends AI-powered workflows with human-led creative excellence. From concept to execution, they will ensure everything shipped is on-brand, on-strategy, and outcome-driven — helping the organization shift perception, stand out in the category, and accelerate growth. This is a highly collaborative leadership role, partnering closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Brand Expression
  • Own and evolve the organization's creative expression across all channels: web, campaigns, product launches, content, social, events, and sales enablement
  • Translate the AI narrative and brand strategy into compelling visual and storytelling systems
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation across every customer and market touchpoint
  • Push the brand forward — balancing polish with boldness and speed
AI-Powered Creative Studio
  • Build and lead a modern creative studio using AI + human-in-the-loop workflows to increase speed, scale, and experimentation
  • Identify where AI can enhance ideation, design, production, and iteration — without compromising creative quality
  • Establish repeatable systems, templates, and toolkits that enable high-volume, high-impact output
  • Continuously optimize creative workflows to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market
Campaigns, Content & GTM Execution
  • Lead creative development for major brand campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market moments
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to bring thought leadership, category narratives, and outcomes-based storytelling to life
  • Support Growth, Field, Partner, and Sales teams with creative that drives engagement, pipeline, and bookings
  • Elevate executive and company storytelling through visuals, presentations, and signature assets
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor designers, producers, and creative partners (internal and external)
  • Act as a strategic creative partner to stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Revenue
  • Set clear creative standards, feedback loops, and decision-making frameworks
  • Balance hands-on creative leadership with scalable execution

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven experience leading brand evolution or repositioning efforts
  • Strong background in campaign development, visual systems, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in creative workflows
  • Ability to connect creative decisions to business impact (pipeline, conversion, influence)
  • Exceptional taste, high standards, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and influencing without authority

Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $142K – $190K. Offers Equity. Offers Bonus. The base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate as ranges are location specific. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, years of experience, and depth of experience.
