About The Role
In this remote role, as a Learning And Development Specialist you will support the build and maintenance of the organization’s learning content infrastructure as Clinical Ops scales. Reporting to the Sr. L&D Manager, you will own defined learning assets, contributing to a structured learning ecosystem that reflects product, process, and operational changes in a dynamic digital health environment.
- Develop and audit interactive learning modules into SCORM-compliant courses.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of learning assets.
- Establish and maintain a structured learning content repository.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations and subject matter experts for accurate content.
- Support or co-facilitate training sessions with frontline teams.
What You’ll Need
You should have 2–4 years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, or training operations in a fast-paced healthtech environment. You have hands-on experience with SCORM-compliant course creation using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise or Captivate. You demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to accurately reflect evolving product and workflow changes. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish are a plus.
