About the Role
The Learning And Development Specialist will support the build and maintenance of a learning content infrastructure as Clinical Ops scales. This remote role involves managing interactive learning modules, ensuring up-to-date training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and audit interactive, SCORM-compliant learning modules.
- Own learning assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Establish and manage a structured learning content repository.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product teams, and subject matter experts for content accuracy.
- Support and co-facilitate training sessions for frontline teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in learning content development or instructional design.
- Experience with SCORM-compliant courses and LMS authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
- Strong communication skills; ability to adapt messaging based on audience.
- Organized with high attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish or experience with operational training is a plus.
