About The Role

The IT Manager role will own and scale the internal IT function as the company grows toward 600+ employees globally. Reporting to the Head of People Operations with a dotted line to the Engineering Manager, this role requires driving fast, low-friction IT outcomes while meeting compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Operations & End-User Experience: Manage end-to-end IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, device security, and access management.
• Vendor & Tooling Management: Lead vendor relationships, evaluate tools, and manage SLAs for cost effectiveness.
• Security, Compliance & Audit Partnership: Collaborate with Security and Engineering to support SOC 2 / ISO audits and compliance needs.
• Scaling with Intention: Bring best practices from high-growth environments and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
