About the Role

The Implementation Specialist role is a customer service position dedicated to setting customers up for long-term success. You will become a product expert on Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, consult with new customers, provide project management, configuration, training, and continuous support during onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the software onboarding process.
  • Provide consultation and best practice recommendations as a product expert.
  • Communicate regularly via web meetings and email.
  • Collaborate with Customer Enablement and Experience teams.
  • Participate in customer training initiatives and occasional travel events.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social services or a related field.
  • Expertise in project management, implementation, or training.
  • Strong understanding of EHR software, with HIPAA knowledge preferred.
  • Insurance billing knowledge is a plus.

Other Information

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000Location: RemoteBenefits: 401k matching, medical, dental and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, etc.Some travel required.
