About the Role

The Head of Customer Success is responsible for managing some of Swooped’s most important commercial relationships. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to supporting the organization’s largest animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners and ensuring effective sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 customer success professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies with internal teams and partners.
  • Travel up to 25% for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions.
  • Gather client feedback to inform commercial strategies.
  • Review and optimize team-created materials for client communications.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to set goals and assess performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in account management, relationship sales, or similar roles.
  • Prior people management experience (3+ direct reports).
  • Proven ability in managing complex enterprise relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent project management and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Positive attitude, team-based approach, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The base pay range is $160,000/year to $280,000/year plus bonus, equity, and additional benefits.
