About the Role

The Head of Customer Success manages key commercial relationships and leads a high-performing team supporting the largest animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. You will work closely with decision-makers in high-stakes environments and drive value through enterprise relationships and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 members supporting major manufacturer partners
  • Develop and implement strategies with team and partners
  • Travel up to 25% for in-person client reviews and strategy sessions
  • Gather feedback to inform commercial strategy and priorities
  • Review client materials including proposals, decks, and QBRs
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in account management, relationship-based sales, or similar
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 3 or more
  • Experience with complex enterprise relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation

Typical base pay range: $160,000/year - $280,000/year plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
