About The Role
This Executive Assistant role provides key administrative coordination and logistics support to the team of Executives and facilitates communication between team members and external stakeholders. The specific duties will vary based upon the supervisor’s scope, but may include scheduling, meeting coordination, and assisting with special projects. This role will be supporting the CPO and the EVP, Corporate Strategy & Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting written communication as requested
- Handling travel and expenses
- Coordinating schedules
- Taking and maintaining meeting minutes
- Planning and coordinating logistics related to on-site tours and events
- Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team which could include vendors, elected officials, regulators, and quality improvement representatives.
- Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a warm and courteous manner, creating a welcoming environment.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all organizational procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree; two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint preferred).
- Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Must be willing to travel at least once a quarter.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, pro-active, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations, strong customer service orientation.

Salary/Wage
The base range for this Executive Assistant role is $82,074 - $108,337 / year + Bonus. The organization offers a competitive total rewards package that includes 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
