About the Executive Assistant Role
As an Executive Assistant for the Go-To-Market team, this role will be a trusted partner enabling focus, clarity, and execution across a fast-moving revenue organization. Reporting into the Commercial President, the Executive Assistant will manage priorities, communication, and coordination, enabling the Go-To-Market leadership team to operate at its best.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with discretion in a dynamic, high-growth environment. They thrive at anticipating needs, managing complexity, and keeping leaders focused on what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Commercial President, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing requests, meetings, and communications on behalf of Sales leadership
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and internal operating rhythms
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to support sales initiatives
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for executive reviews and board-related meetings
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support planning and execution of team meetings, offsites, and sales events
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and communication across the Sales organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within Sales, Revenue, or Go-To-Market organizations
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications
- Experience with required systems, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools like Asana; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort handling confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 20~40%
Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000.00 to $145,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
