About The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide critical administrative coordination and logistics support to the Executive team, while also facilitating communication between team members and external stakeholders. Your specific duties will vary based on the supervisor’s scope, but will consistently involve scheduling, meeting coordination, and assisting with special projects. This particular role will be supporting the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Executive Vice President (EVP), Corporate Strategy & Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including drafting written communication, handling travel and expenses, coordinating schedules, and taking/maintaining meeting minutes.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics related to on-site tours and events.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team, engaging with vendors, elected officials, regulators, and quality improvement representatives.
  • Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a warm and courteous manner, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all organizational procedures and information concerning team members, participants, and families.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and actively participate in all required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree; two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint preferred).
  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be willing to travel at least once a quarter.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations, and possess a strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary/Wage

The base salary range for this role is $82,074 - $108,337 per year, plus a bonus. The organization offers a competitive total rewards package including a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
