About the Role
The Events and Administration Coordinator is the operational glue for Swooped's industry presence, managing 8-12 global events a year. This role also supports executive administration, working as the CEO’s right hand to drive tactical pieces of the broader company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle event planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain conference playbooks and logistical details.
- Coordinate vendor management, budgets, venue logistics, and travel.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful event execution.
- Support CEO’s administrative functions including expense tracking and travel logistics.
