What will you do everyday?
As an Event Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Swooped's market presence and fostering connections with key healthcare leaders. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to plan and execute high-impact events designed to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline across both enterprise and mid-market segments.

What You'll Do
- Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of high-impact events, including major industry conferences, trade shows, organization-hosted field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs.
- Own end-to-end event management: covering strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistical planning, staffing, and flawless on-site execution.
- Define clear event goals and success metrics, subsequently delivering comprehensive post-event reporting tied to engagement levels, pipeline influence, and overall ROI.
- Manage all event-related deliverables, including pre and post-event communications, and meticulous list management.
- Partner closely with the Demand Generation team to effectively drive event promotion, registration, and conversion across the entire marketing funnel.
- Oversee external agencies, production vendors, and venue selections to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Continuously test and optimize various event formats, activations, and attendee experiences to consistently improve performance over time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to deliver integrated programs that actively support company growth initiatives.
- Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting across key platforms.

Requirements
- 5 years of events marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders, competing priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in managing event-related tasks and adhering to deadlines.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM system).
