About the Role

The Director, Sales Enablement partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product Success teams to design and execute enablement programs. This role ensures consistent messaging and drives sales cycle efficiency by equipping sales professionals with the right tools, training, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop client-facing messaging and sales training programs.
  • Collaborate with product, research, and sales teams.
  • Report and analyze full-funnel metrics for insights.
  • Set up and train new users on systems like Salesforce, MixMax, Zoominfo, and more.
  • Monitor and score sales performance and quota achievement.
  • Develop enablement content to ramp-up new hires quickly.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects within commercial strategy and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in commercial operations, consulting, or sales management.
  • Experience with Salesforce and integrations.
  • Strong team player with service orientation.
  • Strategic thinker capable of streamlining data solutions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proven multitasking and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in a growth stage SaaS company is a plus.
