About Swooped and the Role
The Director IT Operations & Enterprise Systems at Swooped will lead the internal technology function for a rapidly growing sports gaming company, offering innovative and engaging solutions for sports fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate network infrastructure, end-user computing, and endpoint security.
- Manage identity and access management platforms and endpoint tools.
- Lead ERP, HRIS (Workday), CRM, and other core business applications.
- Ensure reliable, integrated systems in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Finance, People, Security, and other teams.
- Drive high availability, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Partner with Security on compliance and risk management.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
- Implement IT governance and ITSM best practices.
- Establish KPIs for service delivery and system performance.
- Hire, coach, and develop IT and enterprise applications staff.
- Foster a culture of agility, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of IT operations and enterprise applications experience with 6+ years of leadership. Deep expertise with ERP, HRIS (Workday), identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD) and endpoint management tools, along with vendor management skills and a strong focus on IT governance in high-growth environments.
Additional Information
- Salary base between 185,000 and 210,000 plus equity.
- Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling with NFL season considerations.
- 16 weeks fully paid parental leave and a $500 home office allowance.
- 5% 401k match, FSA, company-paid health, dental, and vision choices.
- May require sports betting licensure per state regulations.
