They combine intuitive user experiences with innovative game designs to create a premier experience for sports fans. Since 2020, the company has launched several widely played fantasy games and developed its Sportsbook entirely in-house with significant investor backing.

About The Role

The Director, IT Operations is responsible for leading the internal technology function. The role involves defining the vision, building a roadmap, and executing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and internal systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate network infrastructure and endpoint security.
  • Manage identity platforms such as Okta and AD, plus endpoint tools like Kandji and JumpCloud.
  • Lead ERP, HRIS (Workday), CRM, and other core business applications.
  • Partner with Finance, People, Security and other teams to optimize workflows.
  • Drive high availability, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Implement IT governance, ITSM best practices, and scalable support workflows.
  • Hire, coach, and develop IT and enterprise applications staff.

Required Qualifications

10+ years in IT operations and enterprise applications in high-growth environments with 6+ years of team leadership experience. Deep expertise in ERP, HRIS (Workday), identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD), and endpoint management tools is essential, alongside strong experience in SaaS environments, integration architecture, IT governance, and vendor management.

Additional Information

  • Base salary: $185,000 - $210,000 plus target equity.
  • Unlimited PTO and generous parental leave policy.
  • $500 home office allowance and comprehensive health benefits.
  • This position may require sports betting licensure based on state regulations.
