About the Role
The Customer Support Specialist at Swooped plays a pivotal role in delivering timely and accurate assistance to users while contributing to building the support department. This role focuses on troubleshooting, answering inquiries, and relaying user feedback to product and operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely troubleshooting and support to users.
- Communicate with customers via CRM tools.
- Track contacts and resolutions for data analysis.
- Advocate for exceptional user experience and continuous feedback.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in a customer support role, ideally in tech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Speed, results-driven attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology and CRM/Ticketing systems, with healthcare experience as a plus.
