About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) role is vital in assisting clients, particularly those dealing with cancer diagnoses, by providing essential support and navigating complex healthcare systems. The CSC works closely with clinicians and researchers in a dynamic team environment where compassionate care meets innovative solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Days
- Support and assess clients’ care needs with direct communication.
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to deliver optimal care.
- Initiate client engagements from welcome emails to registration completions.
- Facilitate scheduling and billing by coordinating with physician offices and service providers.
- Manage client meeting details, follow-ups, and action items.
- Assist researchers in evaluating clinical trial eligibility and enrollment.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1+ year of professional care coordination experience, cancer care is a plus.
- Concierge level customer service with excellent communication skills.
- High ethical standards and strong discretion handling confidential data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Positive, energetic, and client-focused attitude with innovative ideas.
- Technological adeptness; college degree preferred (BA or BS).
Compensation & Benefits
The target base salary is between $60,000 and $65,000, complemented by health, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and other perks. Final compensation is determined by various factors including experience and market conditions.
Location & Next Steps
This is a remote role requiring candidates to be located in the United States. The company offers a thoughtful and transparent interview experience, and selected applicants will be contacted by the recruiting team.
