About The Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the leadership team, driving critical priorities in a high-growth startup environment. You will work across divisions to streamline operations and turn complex organizational challenges into clear actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to define and operationalize strategic objectives
- Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely, high-quality execution
- Drive accountability by establishing clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes
- Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Coordinate high-impact projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ensure consistent, transparent communication between leadership and the broader team

Salary Range
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $80,000/year - $170,000/year with bonus, equity, and benefits. For Colorado, the salary range is $90,000 - $150,000 with bonus, equity, and benefits.
